Please fill out the information requested below and a wedding coordinator will contact you to discuss how Genetti's can assist you with your plans. BOOKING POLICIES AT TIME OF BOOKING. To place a firm reservation for your date and hours we will require a deposit. SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE. This is the time to select your menu and plan your details. At this time we require and additional deposit equal to 25% of your estimated bill. All deposits will be credited to final billings. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of date change or cancellation by clients actions. PAYMENTS WITH CREDIT CARDS. Genetti's will gladly accept any major credit card. Maximum amount of payment accepted with a credit card is $2500.00. FINAL PAYMENT. Required 48 hours prior to function for guaranteed number of attending guests. CONVENIENCE. If preferred we can arrange for advance monthly payments. BALLROOMS. We have several private and elegant ballrooms of different sizes so we may comfortably accommodate you and your guests. We are prepared to discuss specific ballroom assignments at the time of booking if requested. TENTATIVE RESERVATIONS. We offer an "Express Refund" policy. If you would like us to hold a date we will require $100.00. If within ten (10) days of holding the date you decide you do not want to confirm the reservation we will refund your $100.00 deposit. |
